Shipping policy

We will always try to send our goods first class postage, unless next day is selected at checkout before 13:00, weekdays! 

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure your full address is entered correctly. If this has not been done and results in your items getting lost, Arbella’s Baby Box will not be liable for the cost. Also if you items are returned to Arbella’s Baby Box because of non delivery due to in-completed address you as the customer will have to pay for delivery again. 

all international orders are liable for custom charges on the items that may occur. Please note Arbellas Baby Box is not liable to cover these charges.
